Market Report / Brochure
The Business Development Committee, working with graphic artist, David Zobel, has produced the Historic Federal Hill Market Report, Discover Federal Hill. This brochure contains a wealth of information about the neighborhood's history, prime location, growth in public and private investment in the district and on the South Baltimore peninsula, as well as real estate trends, neighborhoods and demographics, trends in existing businesses, shopper's ratings of the district and the Cross Street Market, and testimonials and success stories.
This report is used as a recruitment tool to present to potential new business owners, interested developers, commercial realtors and the media. It is used by current Federal Hill business owners to strengthen and expand their current markets. And it acts as a guide to Federal Hill Main Street in targeting, prioritizing, and locating new businesses in the neighborhood. Continuing efforts to put this report to use to accomplish these goals requires the talents of those with marketing and similar experience.
